He is proficient in all aspects of commercializing innovative product companies from start-up to scale-up. He has held leadership positions as VP & SVP of Sales, VP of Business Development, C.O.O., President and CEO and Consultant for growth driven privately held small/middle-market firms. He is accomplished in all aspects of creating scale; from identifying and building compelling customer value, to creating and executing a comprehensive strategic plan and aligning and engaging the team to continuously improve and scale-up. Brian holds a degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Ohio University and has completed Sales and Sales Management Training with Kurlan & Associates, Sandler, Xerox.
